RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

At GRACIA Collective, each piece is thoughtfully designed and carefully prepared with intention, comfort, and quality in mind.

We hope you love your order. However, if something is not quite right, please review our return guidelines below.

RETURNS ELIGIBILITY

We accept returns or exchanges on eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must:

Be unused, unworn, and unwashed

Be returned in original packaging

Include all tags and accompanying materials

Be in resalable condition

Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene, safety, and made-to-order reasons, the following items are non-returnable unless faulty:

Underwear and intimate garments

Personalised or custom-made items

Made-to-order weighted products

Sensory regulation products that have been used

Clearance or sale items

Gift cards

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

A description of the issue

Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund where applicable.

SHIPPING COSTS

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

The incorrect item was sent

The item is faulty or damaged upon arrival

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

We recommend using a tracked courier service, as GRACIA Collective cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Please note:

Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are subject to product availability.
